Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PixelBooth Atelier’s website and rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts to book a studio. Bookings on behalf of an organization must be made by an authorized representative.
Bookings and Payments
- Rates are listed per hour; minimum hours may apply to certain studios.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.
- Additional charges may apply for damages or overtime if your team remains beyond the booked window.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may request a cancellation or reschedule according to your confirmation email. Fees may apply for late changes or no-shows.
Acceptable Use and Safety
- Use studios and equipment safely and as intended. Do not modify rigging or electrical connections without staff approval.
- Comply with all posted safety guidelines and building rules, including occupancy limits.
- Hazardous materials, open flames, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Damage and Cleaning
You are responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment caused by your team. Reasonable cleaning fees may be charged for excessive debris or spills.
Intellectual Property
The site content, brand, and design elements are owned by PixelBooth Atelier. You may not copy or redistribute content except as necessary to use the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the studios or site.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PixelBooth Atelier from claims arising out of your use of the studios, site, or breach of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
